-- A couple of years ago i complained of frequent stiff necks. My wonderful LJ contingent suggested i get a new memory foam pillow, which i did, which seemed to fix the problem. For a while.
I'm back to having a stiff neck on more days than not. It seems to help if i can be very careful about how i use the pillow and what position i sleep in, but i can't always seems to keep myself in a decent position. (And sometimes when i think i've been careful i still wake up with a stiff neck.)
It really does seem to be a posture, positional thing. I'm not sure if maybe my ergonomics at work are exacerbating things? Or if it is just sleep?
But, whatever, my neck is killing me today, again.
I wonder if yet another new pillow would help? (I'm pretty sure a massage would be a good thing for me right now, but finding the time and money to get one is proving to be difficult.)

++ Spring break is over. We have to deal with undergrads on campus again, but, the coffee line is open. This greatly increased my quality of life. My coffee this morning was also tasty, hot, and full - it was a good day even by free coffee standards.

++ Madeleine seemed to have a good weekend. She appears to be making some progress on the potty training, managed to sit pretty still at multiple meals, had a good time with Dad, and generally is really cute and sweet.

++ I got a ride to work from my friends this morning. Getting a ride to work makes me feel really really spoiled. It also lets me easily transport my bag of running gear, snacks for the office, and lunch. That also makes me happy.

It crossed my mind too, but I think it depends on how much support you actually needed from it.
