quick notes from a good weekend.

Fri. night - addressed envelopes for H&C's wedding. went well, i think.

Sat. - helped with the Danskin practice run in the morning. Cleaned house. Went for long bike ride. Did laundry. Watched 'Johnny English'. Laughed.

Sun. - worked in basement. did laundry. Swam at West Seattle. Played Mah Johng.

Today - too much to do!

Tomorrow - off to Canada for a week.

Helping with Danskin was educational, and kinda fun. I'm glad i went.
Swimming at coleman pool was awesome. It is a fifty yard pool, outdoors. Fifty yards feels really long, but i did one lap of fly down, kick back, and a 200 IM. Had fun.
Both of those things involved hanging out with Deb, which made me happy, and was totally enjoyable.

Our bike ride kicked ass. We rode along the Burke, up to Cascadia College, and then on another spur. We had a picnic of bread, cheese, salami, grapes, and wine. It was really yummy. I'm really glad we went.

I'm never building a room again. Ours is looking better after our effort, but damned if its not a total pain in the ass.

Johnny English made me laugh. I wish Catherine were here.

glad i chose to play Mah Johng, too, instead of trying to be productive. It is good to make that choice once in a while.

I'm off to Canada. I'm all hyped up and nervous, and stuff. not sure why. I feel like i have a million things i want to do, and i'm not sure how to do them. .....
