To justify using this i will say the following:

I have been feeling very run down lately, and i have mixed feelings about my triathlon performance.   However, one good thing is that at the end of the race i felt pretty good.  When i did Danskin a couple of years ago i was really dying by the end of the race.  Ths year i was feeling pretty good - and the run was harder.  So, thats good.

I have been thinking about where i go next.  I think that fall-winter will most likely be focused on running, although i want to get as much biking in as i can before it gets cold and wet.  I'd like to try another half marathon, but between now and then, i'm interested in going for something like a 10k race.  I'd like to increase my default distance from 5k to 10k... if for no other reason than that it would make it so much easier when i wanted to do a 5k off the cuff.

I'm going running tomorrow morning.  I've been lazy lately, but, i need to get back on track.  Maybe Marc and i can spot each other on 10k training.
