(no subject)

In the last week:

Although i was sick last weekend, i had a decent weekend. We went to a couple of ball games, saw Pirates of the Caribbean (which was really good), and i got to work on some sewing projects on Sunday.

This week has been calm. Yesterday i talked my supervisor into letting me do a different project for the next week, which I am excited about. Also, i've started looking for a new advisor, which opens up possibilities, and is a bit exciting.

Last night i went to see 'The Aquabats' at Graceland with Josh and Justin. As usual, Graceland was grimy, and oh so hot. The Aquabats were completely amusing though. They sort of put on a musical, more than a concert, and they were enjoyable. The crowd was young, and really high energy. I was really uncomfortable in the heat and having to stand, but, eventually i found a cooler place, and things got better.

I hate being old.

JChurch played at the Crocodile last night, and i wasn't able to go, which is a bit of a bummer, but... oh well. I'm sure that show would have been crazy too.

We saw the Blue Angels at lunch yesterday. Yay, Blue Angels!
