Ah, well, i don't know about boots. Although they may, perhaps, feel prettier than my beat-up bike shoes. I am mostly a fan of my neoprene booties, and dry socks at home. My feet get wettish, but they also stay relatively warm.

I swear by my waterproof Sugoi socks. That, and, of course, a dry pair of socks at the office.
