I didn't post this this morning, with the accompanying comment that it makes me sick to my stomach to consider that Sarah Palin could hold national office in just a few short months, because i had nothing more to say than that:

However, now you can go clicky-clicky on a poll to vent some tiny amount of your ire that you have to worry about these things:

so post away i will.
my stomach does not feel any better in considering these things.

It's disconcerting to me how many friends are feeling this sick about the election. My housemate can't even sleep at night, she's so upset.

I guess I'm so convinced that our guy will win that I'm not as worried, but I admit to keeping my head down lately in regard to the news.

I'm hopeful (http://electoral-vote.com/evp2008/Pres/Carto/Oct22-c.html), but anything could happen.

Oh, that is a good page to look at, isn't it?

Yeah, after Gore "lost", I don't know what to think anymore. It was terrifying to see how the system could be so corrupted.

Gore/Bush was basically a tie, and a decision had to be made. The press and much of everyone thought there was a right answer to the count, and if only we could find that answer. Hogwash. There's always error in any measurement. Party hacks may try to make the error swing their way, but they can't flip the bit unless the count is about even.

What's devastating is that Bush could even achieve a tie.
